How do I get started with Rj Films Production?

What information do you need before starting a project?
We’ll need your goals, target audience, platform (YouTube/Instagram/etc.), reference videos you like, and your raw footage (if editing only). For shooting projects, we’ll also need your location and shoot date.
Do you work with solo creators or only businesses?
Both! We work with YouTubers, Instagram creators, startup founders, coaches, and established businesses — anyone who needs high-quality video content that makes an impact.
How long does it take to edit a video?
Turnaround depends on the video length and complexity. Typically: Short-form (Reels/Shorts): 1–2 days. Long-form YouTube (10–20 min): 3–5 days. Brand films or complex edits: 5–8 days. We always communicate estimated timelines upfront.
How many revisions are included?
We include 2 rounds of revisions in every project. Our goal is to understand your vision clearly from the start so revisions are minimal — most clients are satisfied on the first delivery.
What format will the final video be delivered in?
We deliver in MP4 (H.264) by default, optimized for your target platform. We can also export in ProRes, MOV, or any other format you need. Files are shared via Google Drive or WeTransfer.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on project scope, video length, and service type. We offer both per-project pricing and monthly retainer packages for creators and businesses who need ongoing content. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you require an advance payment?
Yes, we typically require a 50% advance before starting work, with the remaining 50% on delivery. For long-term retainers, billing is monthly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, and international payments via Fiverr/PayPal for overseas clients.
What locations do you shoot in?
We are based in India and available for shoots pan-India. For outstation shoots, travel and accommodation costs are added to the project cost and discussed upfront.
What equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade cameras, gimbals, lenses, and lighting setups suited to each shoot. Specific gear depends on the project requirements — we’ll always match the equipment to your vision and budget.
Can I get color grading done on footage I've already shot?
Absolutely. We offer standalone color grading services for footage shot by anyone. For best results, share the original LOG or flat footage rather than pre-processed files.
Can you match a specific look or color style I like?
Yes! Share reference videos or stills with the look you want and we’ll replicate or build on that aesthetic. We can also develop a signature color profile for your brand to maintain consistency across all your content.
